Home Renovation Savings Program
In 2025, the Government of Ontario announced 14 new and expanded energy-efficiency programs, including the Home Renovation Savings Program, as part of a new $10.9 billion investment in energy efficiency to help families and businesses save money.
Save on Energy and Enbridge Gas, with endorsement from the Ontario government, have partnered to launch this new program to help Ontarians improve their home efficiency* and comfort. Whether you heat your home with natural gas or electricity†, this new program will offer significant rebates for energy-efficient upgrades like insulation, heat pumps, smart thermostats, solar panels and more.
Home Efficiency Rebate (HER) Plus
Enbridge Gas and Canada’s Greener Homes Grant partnered to offer the Home Efficiency Rebate Plus!
Are you an Enbridge Gas customer that qualifies for the Greener Homes Grant?
If so, you can reap an extra rebate through the Home Efficiency Rebate Plus program.
These rebates go towards eligible retrofits, including:
- Home insulation,
- Windows,
- Doors,
- Heat pumps, and
- Renewable energy systems.
Plumbing Rebates
Municipal and regional governments offer plumbing rebates to their designated areas.These rebates help offset the costs of specific plumbing upgrades. Their purpose is to help homeowners protect against flooding and water damage.
